REC/REW dev update 5

Works on second chapter are going to be a bit delayed.

I'm joining this game jam hoping I'll get some feedback, so wish me good luck!

Since my very first post here I did consider the possibility my game would simply pass unnoticed, lost to many others here on itch.

Well judging from the stats that's exactly what's happening.

I'm committed to this project and I do want REC/REW to  one day have "completed" mark on its status. However, investing most of my free time in it without even knowing whether my game is actually worth the pain... well, it does not make much sense, don't you think? As for many other people here, this is a hobby and not a job.

That's why you'll see me there! If the result of that jam proves my game has a solid plot and some nice storytelling (I've been focusing on those two points so far, being absolutely inept at drawing!) then I'll keep pushing. I already have a couple ideas on how to tackle the "graphic" part, and I might go as far as putting them into practice if I get a positive feedback on what really matters to me. Come on JaN, you went as far as creating a FB account for the sake of this game (I might be, uh, allergic to socials, you know...) so why not taking one more step forward?

If on the other hand the feedback is negative (with regards to the story I'm telling and the way I'm telling it) then I'll probably drop the project. It will basically mean I'm not good at it. I won't be happy about that of course, but at least I'll be able to make my own peace and find more constructive ways to use my time.

Right now with no feeback whatsoever I'm just wandering in the fog, so even being told I'm not good at this will be game-changing news!
